  My first 3 visits were disgusting from May to October 2016. The service was deplorable and angry workers who were allowed to come in and work on their last day- the only saving grace was an employee new who was going behind the departing employee cleaning up after his action.
  The manager seems to have changed or at least the name of the manager changed on the door poster.
  The plain bagels when fresh, not burned and evenly cooked are good.
  I have personally not liked the taste of the donuts at dunkin donuts for 20
  plus years and the last time I tried one 2016 June did not make me change my mind.
  This location needs a better ventilation system in the women's bathroom and the seat of the toilet replaced. It has been noted that the supply and stock often runs out and the staff does end up saying items are not available. The Lehigh and Telegraph location does have at least 2 English speaking employees. Manners matter and professionalism in the work place does need to be addressed. There seems to be ongoing action to keep the place updated, new refrigeration was to be installed in the last few months.
  This location is not open 24 hours, not sure if the signage indicates that at least the drive up is open the location clearly shuts down. The hours of operation in the evening do not appear to be consistent.
